This is an outpouring of broken-hearted misery--and I'm not just being dramatic. After living for four months in Ghana, finally learning how to ride the trotros and haggle with taximen, and travel all about to Cape Coast and Takoradi and Tamale--I had to LEAVE. Leave? Yeah. Leave. My time was up. I left my friends behind, my loves behind, and my frustrations behind, never to ever see them again--but they stay with me, bursting into color on a lonely white page.

I can see the emotion reflected in it, it's poignant and timeless. The colors work beautifully and the different elements of the picture combine perfectly into a seamless piece.
